In 2024, the IEEBE (Incorporation of Eastern Europe Broadcast Engineers) will take charge as the official organizer. IEEBE is a representative and chapter of the American Society of Broadcast Engineers, bringing their expertise to enrich the experience of all participants.

The International Exhibition of Broadcast Equipment is an annual event held in Georgia and is open to visitors from any country in the world. It is the only event of its kind in the region and is gaining significant interest from major countries like Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and neighboring countries like Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkey.
